MARK down Friday 18 October! It’s an A-League Grand Final rematch to kick off the 2024/25 Isuzu UTE A-League men’s season at polytec Stadium.
Reigning back-to-back A-League champions the Central Coast Mariners will play Melbourne Victory in a cracking first-round match-up that promises to draw a huge opening round crowd to #OurParadise.
The A-Leagues released the new season draw today and the opening round blockbuster is just one of 13 home games in 2024/25 for the Mariners at polytec Stadium, where the club hoisted the A-league men’s trophy just over two months’ ago.
Other Gosford home game highlights for the Mariners include:
- A Round 3 Saturday match on 2 November against Perth Glory at the family-friendly time of 5pm – one of 5 home games before Christmas for the Mariners;
- A Round 7 Saturday blockbuster against Sydney FC on 7 December;
- A massive New Year’s Eve game against Melbourne City in Round 11 (kick-off at 7pm with NYE fireworks over the Brisbane Water to follow);
- The home F3 Derby game against Newcastle Jets on Saturday 1 February at 7:35pm.
The Mariners will wind up their regular season with a home clash against Brisbane Roar in Round 29 on Friday 2 May (7:35pm kick-off).
