Australia’s most picturesque venue is accepting proposals for two key functions – Cleaning Services Provider and Event Day Security Provider.
polytec Stadium is The Home of Live Sport, Entertainment & Community Events on the Central Coast, hosting up to 40 events each year.
It is the home ground of A-League triple-crown champions the Central Coast Mariners, both their men’s and women’s teams, and regularly hosts NRL matches and international events.
Overlooking the majestic Brisbane Water at Gosford, the Stadium hosted last year’s historic A-League Grand Final featuring local champions the Mariners, along with blockbuster NRL regular-season matches, Matildas football internationals, as well as being host venue for the England Lionesses at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
The Stadium has also hosted a number of events featuring local and national charities and other community and cultural events.
For the year ended 30 June 2024, 40 events were held at the Stadium, delivering an annual attendance of more than 211,000 and generating jobs and business for the Central Coast region.
VenuesLive, as the agent of Central Coast Council, is seeking to appoint a Cleaning Services Provider and Event Day Security Provider, each with a proven track record of providing high-quality services at sporting and entertainment venues.
The term for each tender is for two (2) years, with a two (2) year option.
A non-mandatory Respondent Briefing and Stadium tour will be held at the Stadium on Wednesday 23 April. Respondents wishing to attend the Respondent Briefing and Stadium tour are required to email Stadium Venue Manager Kath Casey ([email protected]) by 4pm on Tuesday 22 April. Details regarding the briefing and Respondent Briefing and Stadium tour, including parking details, will be provided by 5pm Tuesday 22 April.
